At Turn Key Property Investments, L.L.C. we approach real estate investing differently. Our turn key process ensures that clients receive the highest possible returns on their investments while minimizing their time involved.

Through a variety of marketing channels, we acquire properties, perform the initial assessment/inspection and return to our clients a scope of work utilized to renovate the property. Our analysis includes overall profit margins and returns. Once closing takes place, the property is immediately under construction and TKPI will oversee the project through to completion, market and manage the sale.
